Good experience overall. The breakfast was totally delicious. The staff seemed unfriendly, however, they were polite. The gentleman who works at the boat house was very friendly and welcoming. The boat house also has a several complementary water activities, which is wonderful.

I enjoy staying 10 days in Cocotier Hotel. Very nice hotel, the view, the pool, the food, and the people there. The hotel price is affordable and they also have music at night.

FUYEZ !! Des souris dans les chambres la nuit !! Personnels pas du tout concernés par la situation sanitaire grave de l'hôtel !! J'étais en déplacement à Maurice depuis la Réunion, ils m'ont accusé d'avoir transporté les souris dans mes valises ! Et ils ont eu le culot de me dire "Pas de soucis, pas de souris!", un grand manque de respect et de professionnalisme! Je suis outrée. Une dame à la réception est totalement désagréable et m'a dit mot pour mot "ma cheffe s'en fou". FUYEZ!!

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel en urgence suite à une hospitalisation dans la clinique à proximité. Le personnel a été très agréable et nous avons été très bien reçus. ...............................................................

First of all the place is quite with fresh flower but it was horrible as day use at the restaurant only 2 staff is working we was hungry we ask for some snack which we will pay they say we must wait til 11h00 to take order there is no one.and the food at the buffet was very very cold..NEED TO IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE

L'animation du soir était sympa on s'est bien amuser Remerciements spéciale à Nathalia qui a était attentionné ,souriante et gentille Et aussi à Damien de l'hébergement avec qui ont a bien papoter
