Anantara is a very beautiful resort. Decor is top notch and comfortable. The staff provides excellent service and assistance is always available. The resort is a beach front property with a lot of activities. This property is amazing and you won’t go wrong by choosing it. Yusef , Cintia, Karim, Sharonne, Paul, and many more of the staff ( I’m bad with names) , will attend to all your needs.

The hotel is relatively new and very close to the airport. Breakfast and dinner are very good, with rich styles and good taste.
The service is average and the efficiency is low. It rained heavily on the day of check-out. Our flight left at around 9 am. There was no umbrella in the hotel room. I called the front desk three times and it took 20 minutes for the umbrella to be delivered to the opposite side of the room quietly. at the railing? Or we discovered it ourselves after opening the door. Staff training is inadequate.

I gave it four stars because it has a free child care center called The Nest.
The hotel is very new, very close to the airport but far from the market. It usually takes more than 20 minutes to go out to eat.
The beach is great, as is the pool. The gym also has yoga and tai chi classes. Breakfast is not very to our Asian taste~

Perfect! It is very close to Mauritius International Airport. It is very convenient to drive to the hotel after we arrive at the airport at about 5 o'clock after eating. The scenery is beautiful, there are few people, the service staff is also very enthusiastic, and the price is affordable! Very recommendable. Very close to Natural Bridge and Blue bay!

The hotel is very good. It has its own beach. You can see the sea from the hotel. The bathroom in the room is large. The hotel environment is very good. It is very close to the airport. It's a good experience!

We stayed there after having an issue with our airbnb. We drove at night so exhausted there and they welcomed us made sure we waited in the library until our room was ready. Room services was so fast the room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable we slept for 9 hours! They even put an extra bed for our son without us asking. The shop in the resort is so beautiful with very good prices. We thank you for making our night so restful and beautiful. We would like to thank Nicolas who gave us a goodbye gift and kishan for his help and good attitude. Also thanks for the manager Tavish who was extremely professional and helpful. We travelled the world stayed in so many 5starts hotels by far this was one of our best experiences.

The best 5 star hotel ever! Villa 2 was out of this world. Our two butlers, Ashley and Nitish, were amazing and their service were first class. I totally recommend this hotel and it is also children friendly. The staff in the kids club were also very welcoming and great with kids.

I had the pleasure of staying there after landing late in Mauritius. While I had never heard of this place (I guess it is a well kept secret, like their magical swing across the beach), I was pleasantly surprised. I had a wonderful time! It has breath taking views and a warm and helpful staff. If you take the time to walk around the hotel, you will find many surprises (don’t worry I won’t spoil them here). I had a great time, that it was from the comfort of my room working on my laptop in the aircon, sitting by the pool and reading a book, or while eating and enjoying once again a beautiful view. I’ve never been one to eat alone, but I didn’t mind it there, the view was company enough! Would love to go again, Celine

The service at this hotel makes the beautiful accommodations USELESS. The food and drinks are so expensive but not that great. The customer service is so bad. No one works with any sense of efficiency. You have to beg to have your room cleaned and if they do clean it, it won’t be until late in the afternoon. You will spend your entire breakfast protecting your food from either birds or dogs. Also, you won’t be able to get coffee sooner than half an hour into your breakfast. We had to BEG for clean towels. There’s no point in having the bathtubs in the suites: there is NO HOT WATER, not even for your shower. Be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes for any food if you’re not at the buffet and your buffet food will likely be cold. DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR THE OCEAN VIEW. The grounds people do not trim the trees and you will not be able to see the ocean from your room.

It was excellent place with good survey and The people working in the hotel is helpful and Friendly. The view of the hotel is perfect with the good stuff and the restaurant and the food was giving to us and the drinks. I just have idea to have private pool for a couples and stuff like that will be adding more value to the hotel

Impressed with the warm welcome by reception staff during the late night checkin. The checkin process was quick and appreciated after a flight and it was raining. 😀 The room was comfy, clean and the decor was acceptable. The is plenty of complimentary water and coffee. Pools are kept in good condition. The resort is close to the airport, blue marine park and offers a chance to tour the blue bay area. There are plenty of dining options. The breakfast buffet at the resort restaurant offers a wide range of food options. Fresh coconut drinks are sold at the beach. Overall satisfied with our stay. The distance to the car park can be a problem if it is raining and a bit of a walk in normal weather. Not sure if there is courtesy golf cart or buggy to take guest to the car park. Staff are stationed at the reception exit but do not make any offer to take guest to the car park.

Amazing massage with Kamna. I was assisted in chosing the massage and explained all the steps. The amenities and massage ambiance were at a high level. The oil used was the almond obe, as I have a smell allergy. My comfort and experience was checked during the experience. Thank you very much

Our last day in Mauritus and it was raining all day so we went for spa and it made the day worth while. Roshan and Nisuta did our massage, at first my husband wasn’t very keen but after massage he really appreciated it, many thanks to Nisuta for a lovely facial as well , love Mauritus

Beautiful location, facilities & surroundings to enjoy the many attractions of the island. Which it has to offer via excursions including places to eat with a restaurant called The Marina which has opened in the newly developed location of The Docks in Port Louis.
