Definitely the place I want to return to again and again. From the moment we walk in the door to the time we walk out we are made to feel special. Every member of staff are so friendly and helpful and you just know it’s genuine, special mention to Manisha, Vanisha and the all the catering team. Even the man in charge made a point to greet us whenever he saw us and the birthday surprise they laid on was brilliant. The food this year was even better and we loved it last year. The bed is huge and so very comfortable, absolutely love the showers here and the room is always clean, special mention here to Roshan who especially made sure our stay was special. It’s in a quiet area so very relaxing which I love, so if you want busy nightlife and banging music go elsewhere, come here if you want a chilled personal experience The views are amazing and the pool is great, unfortunately a cyclone kicked up the water so this year the snorkeling wasn’t too good, last year it was excellent Ignore the negative comments you may read as they want 5 star experience while paying 3 star prices

Séjour très agréable, très bonne équipe d animation, bonne restauration personnel agréable. Beau parc, chambres fonctionnelles. Personnel à l écoute réactif aux petits problèmes rencontrés. Plein de bons souvenirs. Les soirées animés, la pétanque.

Absolutely disgusting place When I check in on the first day itself the pillows were stained and the bedsheets were unchanged as if someone slept on it before we arrived... i check in at 19hr20 and left the hotel at 19hr50 the same day due to lack of cleanliness.I informed the duty manager the same day he ven told me he will do needful for my refund and later when I called the hotel Mr Rishi who is a manager he told me he don't have time to listen to me.. Very Very disgusting place

We stayed here in oct 2024 and to begin with wasn't impressed but as time went on we started to enjoy our stay, very friendly staff pool area nice size but you do need to go down early to get sunbeds around the pool, nice but stoney beach area with beautiful turquoise water and mountain scenery, food was great not everyday but the staff have tried thier best and it shows, clean room everyday with daily fresh towels( cleaning staff excellent) restaurant clean and tidy with fresh water on the tables, beware that stray dogs venture onto the hotel grounds staff do there best to remove them plus we experienced a lot of howling and barking during the late hours, bus ride into town is very cheap, just wait outside the gates for the bus which is every 30 mins, overall a pleasant stay hotel needs some work done but nothing major, no amenities so you will need to travel for shops etc.

Guest room smells super weird and so does the bathroom. I chilled by the pool and the staff wanted me to move because they wanted to close the parasol. I didn't move because it's not right that they make the guest move only due to their needs to get the job done. They closed the parasol anyway and I was scared that it would hit my head. That's not hospitality. Dinner buffet was very sad. Clearly the hotel had to cut back on the food budget. The only good things about the hotel were clean towels and powerful aircon. Bed was comfy. But these are not even things that need to be evaluated because these are basic factors. I'm sure the hotel was a good one when it was first built but it needs major renovations in and out.

Just excellent. The first, but not the last time, I guess. All 10 days was full of sunshine, with very kindfull staff, expesiality " Max, Vinisha and Manisha", you made our holyday. Out days was somerhing very spesial, like a paradise. Also spesial thanks to receptionist lady, she kindly help whatever we needed

The hotel was amazing. The service was perfect. The staffs was very friendly. The room was wow.. Unbelievable. The food was very tasty and dessert too. All the activities organise by hotel was good. I really enjoy it and I will surely come back.

Absolutely disgusting place, mattress filthy, got food poisoning, 50% of guest sick! Spent 3 days vomiting , in bed and once I saw the mattress I left the hotel at my own cost to get out of the room!! Do not go here. No entertainment in the day, quiet is one thing, ignored is another!! Shocking place, my partners 50th birthday ruined because I became so ill. Plus other guest found metal piece in food, witnessed by myself , and they gave them a mega mega of seafood grill, champagne, cake etc to hush the fuss. I have complained to my tour operator, the rep and the hotel!
