The location is great as is the food
The rooms are quite old, but for some it has its own charm. The rooms themselves are clean and tidy.
There was not enough service and a more detailed story about what is where, they were looking for themselves. Plus, the golf machine should be left alone at the sports ground, so that it would be more convenient for guests to get from there, otherwise it would be a long walk, the territory is huge. I tried to call with the help of the employees of the sports complex, but the reception did not pick up the phone ((

The Paradis Hotel has the best view of Le Mona, and you can see the spectacular sunset on the beach. I really like the hotel's circular swimming pool. There is nothing more relaxing than soaking in the swimming pool at night and admiring the night sky! There are many free activities in the hotel. Glass boats and snorkeling require an appointment time. You can reach Crystal Rock by kayaking or pedal boats for 2km. This is truly paradise and it's all worth it!

Just had a nice time with the family at the resort! Very well welcomed by Mathieu Madvi and Veda who was awsome♥️! The kids was at kids club with Beatrice and the team where they had a very nice time with lots of activities!😊! Resort very well maintained and clean with lots of activities to do! We had dinner at the zest and breakfast at the buffet where Linley, Stephane, Adriano and the FNB manager took very care of us! Holiday was a little bit too short but we will go back soonly!♥️♥️♥️

Paradis Hotel, once a charming oasis with rich history and luxury, has clearly undergone a drastic shift in recent years. What was once an enchanting paradise has now become a concrete-looking, soulless building that caters to a younger, perhaps less discerning clientele. For those who fondly remember its old-world allure, the transformation is jarring. I was beyond excited to return, but unfortunately, my experience was a huge disappointment. From the lackluster welcome at reception to the cheap, low-quality room décor that reminded me of budget stores like Mr Price Home in South Africa, the entire atmosphere felt uninspiring. The room was underwhelming, doused with a room mist that gave us a headache. As if that wasn’t enough, the saleswoman at the shop seemed uninterested. The one redeeming aspect was the food at La Ravane restaurant, which was excellent, but it wasn’t nearly enough to offset the letdown of the overall experience. After spending five days at Trou Aux Biches, a truly exceptional experience, I can confidently say that we won’t be returning to Paradis Hotel.
