It rained for the last two days and the power went out. No one cleaned the room. The service was very slow and the facilities were unusable.

I've been a member of the gym at Hennessy Park Hotel for some time, and while it was good before, it lacked the guidance and motivation I needed to reach my fitness goals. However, that all changed when Sameer and Jeremie joined the team at the Ispa Club. From the moment they started, the atmosphere in the gym transformed. Sameer and Jeremie are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping members achieve their goals. They provide personalized assistance, whether you’re just starting out or looking to push your limits. Their motivation and dedication are contagious, making each workout session something to look forward to. Thanks to their guidance, I’ve been able to achieve goals I never thought possible. The Ispa Club at Hennessy Park Hotel is now a place I highly recommend, whether you’re a local resident or visiting from abroad. It’s a top-notch facility with a team that truly cares about your fitness journey! Keep it up

No welcoming drinks. I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I was in room 402..i had requested for a rm deco (with towel) upon arrival, same not done. Room was not ready, we had to wait for an hour or more. There was only one bathrobe in room. Someone came and kept the bathrobe on the chair and it was torn some places. I called hsk for another one but no one showed up. There was miscommunication, i called at the reception to inf them about the minibar not working but same was not changed instead they refilled it. Upon ck out i had to pay for the items i didn’t consume and the juice was already expired. The head shower & toilet was not well cleaned. The pool was not heated. Rm 404 there was food (gummy) stuck on bedsheet. I work in a 5* hotel and i wasn’t expecting this type of service. Non recommendable.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Sushi Me, thanks to William's excellent service. He was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and ensured our needs were met promptly throughout the meal. The sushi itself was fresh and flavorful, exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend Sushi Me for both the quality of food and the outstanding service provided by William.

I had a pleasant time reuniting with my friend. Anabelle and Isha were very friendly and welcoming. The sushi were very tasty and I also enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. Recommended for a pleasant and welcoming time with your loved ones.

Good food Good staff Good cooperation Enjoyed. I and my wife was here from 25th to 29th August. Good experiences, hotel at Eben. Near by mall Intra Mart. Liked it. Good hygiene. Hindi and English both languages Dinner was also good. Gym, Spa, yoga , swiming pool. Super !

Had an event of 80+ pax and the service was of high standards. Thanks to Ludovic, Shariff, Yuvraj. Special thanks to chef Gajadhur who arranged a jain veg meal within a short notice. Thanks to Maylanie of the banquet sales team too, always a pleasure working with her.
