Filthy. ***** hairs, fingernail clippings and gum wrappers in the bed. More like a dumpster than a hotel room. I checked out after complaining to the desk and they refused me a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Great location, average price and amenities, but poor cleanliness. Room smelled of wet dog (dogs are allowed and are frequent at this hotel so allergy sufferers beware), shower curtain was moldy at the bottom and smelled of mildew (we had to leave the fan running constantly), there was brown splatters all over the wall by the toilet (take a guess what it probably was), and the smoke alarm was covered in masking tape (yup huge safety concern). There’s no elevator so if you have mobility issues, this hotel will be a problem, and the stairs going up (especially if you are forced to trek through the pool area) are treacherous while carrying baggage. The beds were traditional spring mattresses and very uncomfortable as well, although this seems to a theme with many Choice Hotels I’ve stayed at: uncomfortable beds. But this one was the worst. I’m not even going to mention how dilapidated the exterior of the hotel was. We’ve stayed numerous times at the Best Western across the street but needed something more budget friendly this trip. Next time I’m spending the extra money!

I never had a chance to stay at this hotel. I waited a half hour on the phone, after first being told by a recording that there was just one customer ahead of me in line, and no one ever answered the call so I could try to make a reservation. The recording came on again and again to say the next available person would take my call or I could leave my name and number and get a call back - on what day, I wondered... Finally I gave up and hung up the phone.

Nice clean quiet hotel , room had refrigerator, microwave etc didn’t stink upon arrival . Nice comfortable bed . Good hot shower . Breakfast was great , good selection of normal hotel breakfast . . It’s sitting by the super 8 , so in the dark it’s a little tricky to find the parking lot and hotel

We were thankful to get 2 rooms at this hotel on very short notice, because our other reservation in the area fell through - and this was despite high demand for rooms in the area, compounded by roof damage to several hotels after a storm a week earlier. While the pool and hot tub were working, the atrium containing the pool had big plastic dropcloths hanging from the ceiling, closing it off visually from the walkway to the rooms (due to roof and ceiling damage - might still be ongoing). The first room we were given wreaked of smoke; another room also had a strong different odor. !Elevator alert! It either doesn't work or doesn't exist in this hotel that is 2 stories tall. We had to lift all our suitcases up the stairs. NOT handicapped accessible - at least not on 2nd floor.

trash overflowing at rear entrance. Hallway had not been cleaned. There was salt for ice in an open bag on june 17 trash in stairwell . room smelled of smoke We had to leave did not stay . the desk clerk cancelled reservation which is the only good thing i can say

The location was good and the breakfast was nice as well. My concerns were with the condition of the pool area and our bathroom. There were about 25 random toilets sitting on the pool deck. There were hundreds of ants rummaging on food left on the ground in the pool area as well. I brought this to managements attention but nothing was done by the time we checked out.
