首先聲明一點我真的不是槓，衞生差不説，被子臟了要求換，服務員一堆意見，説我讓她受累了，難道這不是你的職責嗎？床單上一塊黃黃的，還有明顯的腳印，非要跟我槓，説換了，如果換了為什麼會有腳印，我並沒有為難你們，説實話我很生氣，大年初二不想跟你們鬧，之前住過一次覺得還可以這是第二次住從此以後不會再去，連一次性拖鞋也沒放，200多就這條件。尤其是當晚去給我換被子那個服務員大姐，真的讓人很生氣，全程黑着臉，有什麼意見跟顧客有什麼關係呢？誰住誰受氣

剛開始入住的時間沒有到試過熱水 在外面玩了一個小時回來想洗漱洗澡 洗漱台上放了幾分鐘的水一直不熱 就打電話問前台 前台才説因為温度低整棟樓都沒有熱水了 要到早上八點鐘左右才會有熱水 無奈衹能睡一覺醒了在洗 第二天睡到上午十一點鐘 去廁所試了一下還是沒有熱水 這時候心裏就特別不舒服 問前台説是熱水器壞了還在修 我花錢住一晚酒店我是花錢來受罪的嗎？大冷天的熱水也沒有 晚上問的時候你直接説熱水器壞了不就好了嗎 還説因為天氣原因温度太低導致 別的酒店為什麼就不會有這種情況呢？還是第一次聽到這麼可笑的藉口 沒有熱水為什麼都不告知一下客人還得客人來詢問啊現在這天氣沒有熱水我來你這裏住是為了什麼 為了花錢受罪？開了一晚到退房 剛開始進酒店廁所一股刺鼻的怪味 枕頭和被子上也有那種油漬 衞生也太差了 不把客人當人 我估計都是沒換的吧 一點補償也沒有 體驗極差的一次住房 注意避雷吧各位。
