Hotel Krishna Residency

I recently had the opportunity to stay at krishna residency in mayiladuthurai and overall, my experience was quite satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could be improved. Firstly, the property's location was excellent. It is situated conveniently near the market, making it easy to access various shops, restaurants, and other amenities. This proximity to the market also added a vibrant atmosphere to the surroundings, which i enjoyed during my stay. One of the standout features of krishna residency was the ample parking space available. This made it convenient for guests like me who traveled by car, as i never had to worry about finding parking or the safety of my vehicle. The amenities provided, such as hot water, were reliable throughout my stay. The availability of hot water at all times was a great convenience, especially during the colder months. However, there were a few areas that could be improved upon. Firstly, the maintenance of the restrooms and bedrooms could have been better. While they were clean, some aspects such as fixtures and furnishings appeared a bit worn and could benefit from refurbishment. In terms of services, the staff at krishna residency were friendly and accommodating. They were quick to respond to any requests or queries i had during my stay, which added to the overall positive experience. In conclusion, my stay was pleasant overall. With its convenient location, ample parking, reliable amenities like hot water, and friendly staff, it offers a comfortable stay for guests. However, attention to maintaining the rooms and restrooms could enhance the overall guest experience.

I have been working in the hospitality industry for the last 8 years. I have been to many places across India. i've never seen such a bad asset. We booked on the phone and travelled and we didn't even get the right reception. We told them all the details before we booked – but after the visit they repeatedly told us all the details over and over again and made us stand for a long time at the reception. After that we entered the room – there was no ventilation – and someone who was with us took us to show us the room and it was only after the person left the room that the AC worked well. The AC didn't work till night for the next 5 minutes, we called him at night and told him the details, we asked, to which he said i'm sorry sir the electricity has been stopped manually and I will run it myself. i hope it only happened to us. There is no facility inside the room In the evening we go to the temple and ask them to clean the room before coming back. if they had asked for extra money for it, we were willing to pay for it, for which they would only clean once a day, like they said in deep words. We used to buy around one thousand eight hundred rupees per day, during the day I did not get ac on day time , not getting proper hospitality, in the room there was bedsheet, extra towel, even hot water to bathe in the evening, nothing was right, I didn't get proper sleep for a hole day , that trip was completely useless... Someone who comes in plain clothes! They are being treated badly. If someone asks for a recommendation for this hostel, I will not recommend this property. Don't go here if someone wants to have good hospitality.... Thank you

False claims in amenities. It supposedly has a 24 hours coffee shop and a restaurant. I’m shocked to say that they don’t have a functioning restaurant. Also shocked to find that they don’t provide coffee, tea, sugar etc to make our own coffee ( an electric kettle is present). They buy coffee from some outside shop and give. I feel cheated and robbed of my money ( around Rs 4500) for one night. I’ve checked their claims of gym, swimming pool etc. I’ve my own doubts. We had to walk out to find a restaurant. I’ll not recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s a glorified lodge.Actually for making the false claims the hotel should apologise and refund the money. The next question is ‘ how to believe Trip advisor recommendations’.
