Exceptional experience as always. It was our 3rd time here and again the whole stay was delightful and without a single issue. The room, food, and staff's hospitality were all extraordinary. We especially enjoyed the sauna sessions with Markus. We're looking forward to coming again the next season.

We had the most wonderful time in this gorgeous hotel. Amazing food, friendly staff, incredibly relaxing spa and pool and beautiful mountain views. I can't think of single thing I would change, just absolutely loved it, thank you so much!!

Beautiful, stylish hotel, clean, friendly staff, great pool on the roof. Delicious food. Parking spaces in front of the building and underground garage. Ski cellar. We had a smaller room category, small bathroom with tub. Separate toilet. But the balcony was open to the south. What we didn't like: The three connected buildings are in a valley and so you don't have much of a view. The rooms and pools are very warm, we found it too warm. And it's a shame that the relaxation room is so dark and gloomy. You wouldn't want to stay in there. Everyone preferred to be downstairs in the relaxation room with the big windows. It would be nice to have some citrus water or syrup there, we know it from the Gmachl, for example. Lots of guests from non-German-speaking countries. All in all, we would come again.

The hotel has a very beautiful architecture, the rooms are very nice and have only recently been decorated. They have a very nice 2-part pool by the lake and an equally large indoor pool. The wellness area is very large. There is tea and water, and apples in the basement. The full board was not as "gourmet" as they describe it, as they use a lot of purchased products. The breakfast is very good with a large selection, the hot lunch is on the unhealthy side, but there is also salad and soup. Overall, the evening meal was very tasty, but it is actually a 4-course menu (bread and salad as separate courses). The hot dishes are praiseworthy, especially the main course, which could have been a bit bigger. The staff were friendly and competent, and the massages were also good. One positive thing is that it is a family business (not like in the Ötztal, where many hotels already belong to investors). Overall it is a nice hotel to come back to.

What a glorious place, it met all our expectations and we had the most relaxing break. We will definitely want to return, the Austrian scenery is second to none and it’s a beautiful country we have visited many times and will continue to do so! Thank for for a wonderful stay!

Good overall. Nice modern hotel however could have had coffee/tea makers in the rooms.
