El hotel se encuentra en una zona tranquila, está muy bonito, los cuartos son pequeños pero cómodos, está limpio el cuarto. La atención del personal es muy buena, sobre todo del mesero Daniel. La alberca está limpia y el jacuzzi está con agua a muy buena temperatura

La cama del hotel está muy bien, muy cómoda, el servicio atento y bueno; la alberca buena, todo está limpio y huele bien. El servicio de comida es buena, aunque si le falta variedad en el desayuno. La atención del personal buena, sobre todo el mesero de nombre Daniel.

El lugar es muy bonito y relajantes, la comida muy buena, el bufet excelente. Y la atención es excelente, a nosotros nos atendió los días que estuvimos de estadía el mesero José Luis y es una persona muy amable y atento, recomiendo mucho el lugar.

Server Jose Luis at the pool bar and restaurant gave me fantastic service from beginning to end! He was very friendly and had great service. Always smiling. He made sure I was happy and comfortable and is very kind. Thank you for such fantastic service. You made my stay fun! Thank you for going over and beyond with your hospitality. El mejor servicio por parte del mesero José Luis en la alberca, el señor nos hizo sentir como en casa nos brindo el mejor servicio siempre estuvo al pendiente de nuestra mesa no nos faltó nada, la señorita Diana en recepción fue muy eficaz y super amable, recomiendo 100% este hotel
