Good location, just not on the beach. What I didn't like was that I paid through the application and everything was already paid, and when I arrived at the hotel they told me that I had to pay 500 more

nos la hemos estado pasando muy bien en verdad solo pensabamos que el todo incluido incluia internet para todas kas personas del cuarto pero lo que es en verdad es que es solo para 2 personas por cuarto de 4 personas pero fuera de eso todo muy bien👏

todo estuvo super bien solo, la entrada fue un caos con la entrega de las habitaciones ya que llegando tuvimos que esperar muchas horas pero de ahí en lo demás de la estancia fue una muy buena experiencia, las habitaciones están en buenas condiciones y si había algún inconveniente lo solucionaron rápido

Excelente servicio a excepción de las Hooters del restaurante patio y alcázar, mala actitud y poca amabilidad, todo lo contrario con el servicio en general muy atentos, amables y siempre con una sonrisa en especial a César el mesero del italiano, Cristal que estaba al pendiente en la alberca del granada, así como en el check out la persona que nos atendió super amable

Excelente estancia me encanta el hotel Cid tiene muchos lugares para comer y el bar está padrísimo cerca de la alberca tiene acceso a la playa y eso está increíble en verdad lo recomiendo mucho, excelente servicio comida deliciosa actividades recreativas padres
