Hotel excelente com bons profissionais e muito simpáticos. A recepção correspondeu ao meu pedido e deu-me quartos óptimos, como solicitei. Não tenho nada de mal a dizer, só bem. Óptima praia e bons restaurantes. Tudo 5 estrelas!

Adorei a estadia, ainda assim penso que há coisas a rever/melhorar. Adorei os restaurantes temáticos e o restaurante geral (buffet). O atendimento em todo o hotel foi, regra geral, muito atencioso e simpático. Penso que se pode melhorar o acesso às piscinas, que não faz sentido ter um horário tão reduzido. O horário de entrada na piscina é as 9h mas o bar da Piscina não abre a essa hora, penso que deveria coincidir. No periodo das 18h30 até ao jantar não há acesso a nenhum local com comida, pelo menos foi essa indicação que recebemos. A praia deveria ter um bar e deveria estar mais limpa. Não faz sentido haver tanto lixo na praia, quer na àgua, quer na areia. Não faz sentido ser incomodado por comerciantes enquanto estou a descansar na praia. Tirei férias para descansar, apesar de respeitar que as pessoas precisem de ganhar dinheiro, se eu quiser comprar alguma coisa, eu próprio procuro as suas bancas de venda. Os vendedores deveriam ter um local definido para trabalhar e não andar a vaguear pela praia, incomodando os turistas/residentes do hotel. Agradeço imenso a amabilidade, respeito e cordialidade com que todos nos trataram dentro do hotel. Foi uma experiência excelente, que recomendarei a toda a gente. Obrigado
