Great room was very very clean bed was very comfortable I have neck and back issues so if it was for me most people would also think so. We were visiting family and two families stayed here and they said their room was very clean and bed comfortable.

Stopped in late (3AM) after a long drive to get a few hours sleep. Despite the 3AM arrival, was not offered any discount even though we were only going to be there a few hours. I asked for a cheap room and was told “we don’t have anything cheap”. Apparently 3AM is the gotcha hour? Room appeared nice, but smelled overwhelmingly of pets. Almost too much to bear, but family was tired and I did not want to deal with staff again. Slept a few hours and left displeased - seems the maintenance is very lacking to control pet odor. Will likely seek other options in McAlester next time.

From the south this was very hard to get to with the construction work (July 2024). Also we woke up to hundred of ants on our bathroom sink area. So gross

When i arrived, the outside was clean as nd neat. Parking was very roomy. Inside, was very clean. The staff was friendly and polite, and helpful.

We stayed here for 2 nights while in the area for my sister’s birthday, she doesn’t have enough room for all the family that was coming in for the occasion. Recently renovated with large guest rooms and a good sized bathroom. Minimal decoration in the room which is fine by us. Comfy beds, plenty of room for luggage and such. Friendly staff, shopping and restaurants nearby. Low water pressure in the shower but that’s typical now. Large flat screen TV. Great free buffet breakfast with biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, and juices. Only complaints are that the shower curtain is too short to contain water from the shower so you end up with water on the floor. Also, the towels are rough enough to use for exfoliation!!

This place is newly remodeled and lovely. Room was spotless, beds were comfortable, breakfast was hot with good selection. Check in and out was a breeze. Hotel is even pet friendly. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was probably the best I have had in any hotel. Staff was accommodating with needs. Very friendly and personable. The only suggestion should be that maybe there should be an hour or two reserved for seniors for the pool. If no seniors are using it, then let the kids have it.

All handicapped rooms are next to elevator equipment and are very noisy. Hotel management is aware of the problem but hasn't fixted the problem (maybe they should check the oil level on the hydraulic pump). Nevertheless if need a handicap room find another botel.
