Location was very convenient and easy to get to Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again if given the opportunity

The worst experience ever. Wet floor and carpet. Human hair in beds and bathroom. Drained rust toilet bowl. No towels. We requested cleaning and they told us that they don't do it every day... only every 2 days. And the worst... COCKROACH ON NIGHT TABLE NEXT TO BED.

Stayed for 6 nights, they have a sign stating that you get housekeeping every 3rd day. After the the 4 day I asked for clean towels, and shampoo and bar soap. We got back after being gone for 12 hours, and our dirty towels were still on the counter. Went to the front desk and the young man went and got us 2 bath towels. The next morning I spoke to the same person as the previous morning, and the manager heard and had him give me the items requested the previous day. They also have a signage in the room stating they only change bedding and clean the room every 5 days.

The property is just OK service is bad and the whole feeling is that the property is past its prime

Nice place and close to a lot of restaurants, the mall, etc. Staff is super friendly and the breakfast, although small was well spread. Good coffee, great staff and great location, what more do you need?

Overall this place was nothing special but the staff was very pleasant to deal with.

Wifi not working otherwise stay was ok. Found someone else's sock under bed.

The room's ceiling needs an urgent repaint. The hall had a strong and strange smell (cheap odorizer I guess). The breakfast room is too small and frequently overcrowded

Not a nice area, elevator was disconnected from property. The room was smelly and moist. Wouldn’t stay there again

Place was clean and perfect. Exactly what you want to come “home” to after a long road trip.

It didnt look anything like the picture. Sorry had to change hotel. Room smelled like something..

My brother was stereotyped due to tattoos manager interupted our breakfast to confirm we were guest ,but only to us,as we had our room card and been there for more than one night already
