Room was great. Staff was great. Facility was being renovated so limited access to things like fitness area and pool. Not a major issue and obviously not long term once they finish. The location just doesn’t have much of anything around it. Two gas stations and a McDonald’s. Not the hotel’s fault obviously.

The hotel was okay but it was under construction and as a pregnant person I didn't appreciate the under construction part. Also, our toilet was all jammed and we had to plunge it to get it sorted! Not to mention the manager lady was very unfriendly and not warm at all! Also, secondary door lock was broken and it was open all the time. That's a huge safety issue right there. The breakfast was the only think which was alright so I am rating 3 star generously!

Below average value. Older building, ongoing repairs. Many more repairs to do - missing 1 of double pane glasses in window (room 203). Below average breakfast, when compared to other Hampton Inn locations. Barely any cars on the parking lot. A good motel for price of a hotel?

Stayed at the property with family due to death of a family member. We have stayed here before and they have always done a nice job. Granted there isn’t much around the hotel except for a truck stop gas station, there are restaurants and grocery stores with 3 miles of the hotel at the next exit down. Free parking is always a plus and it is right of the highway. Currently, if you want to use the pool or fitness center you want to look elsewhere since they are both currently closed. It wasn’t listed on their site when booking the room but we weren’t there for that anyways, but if you are, call to confirm. Greensboro is about a 15 minute drive to the center of the area and is about 15 mins to Burlington. Shoutout to Rachelle, Darius, Andrea, Lacy and Cindy. They were great the whole time and were working hard while we stayed there. We will return.

Hotel under renovation. No ice, low water pressure, no hot coffee, no hot breakfast. Staff was friendly, but the place was a mess. We should not have been charged full price for such a sub standard stay. The website should note the condition of the facility.

Good stay, good breakfast - clean - it was under construction but that didn’t bother us at all. Toilet clogged up so had to call for a plunger. Luckily they had one. Sink was really slow to drain, and the top fell off when tried to move it.
Minor inconvenience - good stay overall.
