Guest beware. Incredibly dissatisfied with our recent stay at the Fairfield Inn on our roadtrip. Despite verifying on the hotel’s website they offered a crib, writing a message to the hotel requesting the crib, and indicating we were traveling with an infant when booking, we checked in at approx 10pm at night to find they had no crib. The hotel receptionist was incredibly unhelpful and unwilling to cancel and refund our booking despite the failure to provide this amenity as listed on their website. We elevated the issue to the management and were promised points, which we have yet to receive as of approx 2 weeks later. We are Gold Status Marriott members and will be hesitant to stay at a Fairfield Inn in the future. Beware, the property also has a hidden pet fee that is not shown when booking despite us listing that we were traveling with a pet and other nearby Marriott properties showing their applicable pet fees at the time of booking.

Calvin, at the front desk was very helpful. The use of the TV is difficult. The front desk has a helpful TV Guide, which I discovered after an hour. Why isn't that in every room. No fan in the bathroom. Leaving the bath door open is difficult when traveling with a companion. Heating unit in room 123 is very noisy.
