We stayed here for one night on the way to The Netherlands, using our IHG points. We received a call on the way to check out room status (cannot be 100% sure of the lady’s name, but think it was Natasha). On arrival we were greeted by Femke. She was extremely helpful, giving us maps and directions/advice on places to visit. When we got to our room we were greeted with a lovely welcome message on the mirror and a little hamper, containing crisps, sweets, chocolates and a bottle of local beer (I think because I’m a platinum elite member). We didn’t eat in the restaurant (other than breakfast) but we did enjoy a drink in the bar. The hotel is very central with its own underground parking. The only negative was that the air conditioning in the entire hotel was broken. Femke apologised about this on check in, explaining the engineer had needed to order a part. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with excellent customer service from start to finish.
