Deze keer niet tevreden over mijn verblijf. De kamer was verouderd en niet naar behoren gepoetst. In mijn beleving vergane glorie, zeker omdat ik er al 2 x eerder geweest ben en toen was alles in orde. Waar ik me het meest aan gestoord heb is de nonchalante manier van doen van het personeel aan de receptie. Dit is een 4* hotel onwaardig. Dat er onvoldoende parking is, dat kan ik aannemen, maar de onverschilligheid en de manier van communiceren waren 2 dagen op rij beneden alle pijl. Als je dan laat weten dat je meerdere pogingen gedaan hebt om een parking te vinden, maar dat waze niet goed lukt, krijg je enkel een kort antwoord....namelijk gebruik waze. Zeer klantvriendeliijk.
Verder kan ik wel positief zijn over het ontbijt en het personeel van de ontbijtzaal. Deze mensen weten wel waar klantvriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid voor staan.
Ook het aanwezige onderhoudspersoneel was zeer vriendelijk, een voorbeeld voor de mensen aan de receptie.
Bij het uitchecken van het hotel vraag men zoals gewoonlijk naar mijn tevredenheid over het verblijf. De arrogante en zelfs verontwaardigde reactie op mijn opmerkingen bevestigd mijn besluit om nooit nog naar dit hotel te komen.
Heel erg jammer want ik moet regelmatig in Mechelen zijn voor mijn bedrijf.

Tolles Hotel in einer alten Klosterkirche. Mein "charming" room war toll, vor allem die Kirchenfenster. Das Bett war sehr bequem. - Das Hotel ist klein, aber fein. Es gibt außer einer kleinen Bar keine weiteren Hoteleinrichtungen. Das Restaurant im Altarbereich wird leider nur für das Frühstück genutzt. Das Frühstück ist von hoher Qualität, auch wenn die Auswahl etwsa größer sein könnte. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt genossen, und würde jederzeit erneut dort wohnen, sollte ich nochmal nach Mechelen reisen.
