Stay experience was good. Restaurant food delicacy is very good. Both veg and non veg dishes are normal spicy. Room facilities need improvement.

Service is awesome, staff is courteous. Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable. Family, especially kid's loved it a lot. Food in restaurant is excellent. We had a fantastic dinner. Planning to stay next time too at same hotel. It's very conveniently located. Would prefer to stay in the same block as restaurant next time. Hotel is perfect for travellers on mumbai hyderabad highway and also closer to industrial area (digwal)

Worst experience. Don’t ever book this hotel. I paid 4400 for the room and the ac was also not working. Immediately i left this and moved to other place which had better services and charged less. I did not stay for half an hour also here. The service was unbearable pathetic

Hotel rooms were great and spacious. Food were great and i had a delicious tomato soup for dinner and was tasty and creamy. I had not tasted like that for a very long time. So i enjoyed a lot. Breakfast was awesome, tasty and healthy. Lift was not working so we had to go by stairs which was difficult. Otherwise a wonderful stay.

Location - convenient to majority. Food - quality good. They don’t make sufficient quantity for the guests. They stop breakfast too early. Hygiene - inside good. Premises, not so good. Lot of mud right in front of the hotel. Safety - didn't notice any problem
general - door lock had some problem. Washbasin tap was not properly functioning. They should show some interest in maintenance.
