Service 4 Star, Request 2 rooms on the same floor but could not be granted. Cleanliness is also 4 Star, Corridor to the room is a bit dusty. Superb 5 Star Location, Near City Center. Facilities are only 2 Star, there are still many things lacking. Overall OK. Will Be Back to try their Family Room, Hopefully More Price Promos on Online Applications.

The best budget hotel I have ever stayed in Medan. I was upgraded to the Executive because the price I paid for the Double Room in the Trip app, was a little bit higher, but still much lower than the real price of the Executive room.
I was in doubt for staying in this hotel since the price they provided has no breakfast, but who needs it if you can order food online.
At night, the staff will make a call to say they have a promo dinner at the restaurant.
The best room if you are staying with your partner or family, but still need to bring your laptop 😁

No hairdryer, clogged drain, and flood every shower. Can hear noise from neighbours. Considering their pricing, still a decent place to stay
