Our exp was good and so was the hotel service. But uncomfortable when other guest children running around and so noisy.

Hopefully some of the non-functioning places around the hotel can be active again. So that the Santika Hotel will be very busy.
When I visited there, the children's pool was being renovated, I was disappointed, but I hope the renovation will be finished soon so that it can be used on the next visit
