The location is excellent, exactly in the middle of everything, walk distance to get the metro, many restaurants near by, 10 minutes walking to Provenza, easy to get to a a big super market where you can find all you need including clothes from Colombian brands.
They are very good to help you with everything you required. We got a tour with them to Guatapé as they suggest and was a really good experience.
The staff is so friendly and helpful, we didn’t have a metro card and they borrow us to used for all the time that we were in the hotel. They explained us where to go, timings, etc. in the place they have an easy metro map on the wall, that you can just see all the spots to visit in Medellin.
The place is very clean.
I’m very happy and for sure we will be back there when we come to Medellin again.

I made a reservation because the rating was so good. Plus, I had high expectations since it was a hotel in Poblado. I think it's a pretty good hotel if you don't have any expectations. And I stayed in a queen bed room with a balcony, but it was so noisy until 12 o'clock at night that I couldn't sleep. It's a great place for people who want to hang out late into the night. A lot of things happened, but I'll skip them.

Increíble, todos fueron muy amables al recibirnos y se esmeraban por hacernos sentir cómodos. Los desayunos son buenos y las habitaciones e instalaciones siempre estaban limpias y en buen estado. Muy buena opción para hospedaje por su ubicación y buena atención que te brindan.
