The truth is that neither in Bogota nor in Medellín do they know how to run the hotel, it is not known which staff is more abusive, in Medellín they confused me with the situation in Bogota and invaded my privacy, and the way they proceeded is illegal, it is not a place where people are treated with dignity much less respect. And the service in the restaurant is the only thing I find good, the man who coordinates breakfast is super friendly and attentive as is the restaurant manager.
