It was a great experience staying in the hotel. All staff are so nice and helpful. They really take care of kids. We went swimming with our kids every morning. They even prepared new toys for that! How sweet! The location of the hotel is excellent and it’s quiet and safe around. It has a large shopping mall next to it that you just need to cross the gate from the 2nd floor from the hotel. So convenient! We will definitely recommend to our friends of it! Thanks all the staff for a pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect. There are 2 malls, a pharmacy, a starbucks, a restaurant on a walking distance, so a lot to do. Regarding the hotel itself, the staff is very pleasant, really friendly. The service they give is excellent, always with a smile on their faces and very attentive. For example, the staff that made us breakfast, Mr. Juan Jose, made us feel at home. The front desk staff, the house keeping ..... you name it. In a few words, this hotel was the best option for us and the service was excellent.

The room is very good and spacious. The staff service is also very good. The surrounding facilities are very good. The restaurant on the second floor is connected to the big supermarket next door, which is very convenient for selling things.

The location is good, there is a corridor directly connected to the nearby shopping malls, as shown in the picture. The view of the hotel is also good, as you can see the night view in the picture. The biggest failure is that there is a peculiar smell when entering the door, and there are hairs on the bed sheets. The quilt also smells, annoying!

We had an excellent stay in the hotel. We felt very safe. The rooms were very clean. We were able to walk to places from here. I highly suggest this hotel.

Property is not very accessible from the main avenue (Poblado Mile), the safe did not work and the breakfast left a lot to desire. I was not pleased.

Great property and amazing staff. Most speaks English and security is outstanding. Directly connects to a shopping center with tons of options for food, shopping, and grocery store. Love, Love, Love this location. Staff knows most of taxis and we were able to find a driver to takes us all over this Gorgeous city.

Good sized room, convenient location in Poblado, good service and friendly, helpful staff.

This is my home hotel when I come to Medellin nearly 4 times a year. It is just in a class by itself.

From customer service to comfort we have nothing to say but positive things about this hotel. The staff was amazingly attentive and helpful. Very happy with our stay and will definitely refer to family and friends. Also, we will be back as soon as we can. A big thanks to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

We requested for the room to be decorated icw birthday, no feedback received, however upon arrival the room waa decorated, a note was placed with nice wishes and a delicious piece of dessert.

The property was clean and efficient; staff was very good in their service. One feedback - the number of breakfast tables can be increased, considering there's a lot of people during that time.

It was very convenient to many dinning and shopping options.
