The people in the front counter was very i respectful my son loss his id and they don’t let me go to stay in the hotel we need to find a other hotel very late night

The hotel was in a good location, not too far from the Poblado nightlife but not so close that you’ll hear all the noise. The breakfast wasn’t great but it was enough. The hotel is clean and served its purpose for my visit.

The room for 3 people is very nice, only the bathroom is very small but the rest is super nice. The spectacular view

Good hotel, good attention is recommended and everything was excellent. I even passed my departure time and they supported me with the wait.

It seemed every night people were coming in late and making a ton of noise. Rooms were not soundproof at all. Service and staff were wonderful.

The Morgana has beautiful views, a friendly helpful staff, comfortable beds and nice and hot running water. All things I look for in a hotel. The free breakfast was better than I expected. The area is nice but not really in walking distance of stores or restaurants. Having said that you can eat right in the hotel and the food was excellent. I would definitely recommend!

Front desk.staff was very accomidating despite the language barrier. Breakfast was ok but not much options to choose from. Bed made alot of noise but was comfortable, no iron was in the room other than those its a place where u can rest for couple days

Rooms need TLC, bathroom need to be cleaned up better, the bed sounds every time you move, bathroom smells like urine. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was good.
