quiero contarles como fue mi experica en este hotel me hospede el viernes 24 de agosto con mi pareja quede impactado con el lujo del hotel cumplio con mis estandares como viajero cada espacio de este hotel me encanto . quiero recalcar al momento que ingreso al hotel subo al piso de mi habitacion primero no fue la habitacion que compre bajo nuevamente con mi pareja con maletas le informo al recepcionista que esa no fue la habitacion que compre me informa que la habitacion de la que hablo no existe tuve que tomarla ya que no tenia donde mas ir. al dia siguiente salgo y por la avenidad veo la habitacion que supuestamente no existia segun el recepcionista . ingreso al hotel ya estaba una mujer de recepcion le informo de lo habia pasado y la respueta fue ,, si esa es la suitecavalta se vende por la pagina pero como quien dice el que llega la toma'' me senti robado por que pague un precio diferente a comparacion de la habitacion que me dieron desde el dia 1 ingreso a la habitacion con la que me toco conformare primero no tenia toallas el aseo terrible el lavamanos super manchado la llave sucia habia rincones con polvos vimos unos insectos y mirando en comentarios del hotel veo que efectivamente son cucarachas el telefono del cuarto al llamar a recepcion nunca contestan el servicio es malisimo nuevamente de recepcion la cama muy comoda el espaldar sonaba bastante medio te movias quiero recalcar lo unico bueno que llevo el servico de las chicas del restaurante es fenomenal me consintieron a mi y mi pareja de lo mejor siempre pendientes de lo que nesesitaramos mil gracias chicas el desayuno fue demaciado rico y su atencion de lo mejor me fuy desecepcionado esto fue un viaje de cumpleaños de mi esposo el cual era una sorpresa y todo fue mal desde que ingrese . al ser un hotel tan hermoso deberia tener personal muy atento cuidando los estandares del hotel ya que es un hotel que deja mucho de que hablar con sus estandares de lujo pero su personal supremamente .malo y nuevamente lo digo me siento robado por lo que pague y por lo que me tuve que conformar definitivamente no remociendo este hotel y espero no pasen por mi misma experiencia que fue la peor e incomoda que pude tener.

It was a relatively expensive hotel keeping in mind the quality of the food it offers, and the state of its facilities. There were bugs in the rooms.

Everything was great the breakfast was excellent. Service was awesome. There restaurant is good and service aswell. Staff amazing. Reason I didnt give a 5 start rating was that rain got inside our room via the window the seal on the window was bad.

Nice big rooms and special the jacuzzi.The breakfast was good and with a nice vieuw on the 10 th floor.Only the traffic was sometimes to noisy.
