Great location, good service and amenities.

Room facilities are good. Cost-effective serviced apartments. Sound insulation is slightly poor. The place is a bit hard to find and taxi drivers miss the intersection every time. But it's not far to walk to the mall.

This place is very cozy and the staff are very friendly. The cafe and terrace is spot on. The work space is organized and has great Wifi. The inly downside is the gym but that doesn’t take away from the greatness of the place. I will be going back.

The apartment is run by HOUSY and since the first day was a problem. They didn’t clean my unit until 6 pm then they promised me a free cleaning for the inconvenience and also they fail to do the cleaning. Very bad experience in communication

Title: Highly Disappointing Stay - Misleading Listing Our recent stay booked through ******* was nothing short of a letdown. The room we received was a far cry from the pictures, resembling more of a spare apartment with dust and an incomplete set of utensils. Additionally, there was not a single extra pillow or blanket. To compound matters, the apartment was located directly above a "24/7 Open Concept - NO SOUND PROOF" gym. Nights were marred by disruptive workout noises at 1 am, 3 am, and 5 am, making it impossible for our family to get a full night's sleep. Communication with the building staff was hindered by a language barrier, and the separate management added to the confusion. We request a refund for the accommodation cost due to the misleading conditions we endured.

I’m going to be right to the point, great location and excellent building conditions. If we speak about my suite and room, I believe multiple things can be considered to improve, I stayed about a week, and I had to do my own laundry for the bed sheets and bathroom towels because they don’t give you more, my room had an small AC that in the beginning was kind of hot, I had to leave it on to feel some comfort, also the floor of the room was breaking, need replacement as soon as possible. I like the coffee experience in the 2nd floor, other than that, I always felt safe. If you are looking for a place to stay just like my experience, go on.

This propery have a very good location,is all good about,the communication with the people you did the reservation never get back to you to see how are you doing,or a least to know if you found everything good in the apartment. The apartment was duty the day we arrive,we arrive,we arrive December 24th late,the next day everything was close and the front desk when you want to talk to them about any needs they said,is not with them,they are not involve in anything you need,not even a paper towel,or clean towels,they give you attitude. I write the person for what up the very next day and they respond like 2 days later. The apartment at late night you heard everything they talk in others apartments,people doing laundry late at 1:00am and 2:00am in the morning,you heard the closet in the machine all night long. I was very disappointed about this place. Medellin is amazing and beautiful the people is incredible but the stay here was very bad.

Just wasn’t much to do around the property you were stuck at the hotel unless a Uber

Nice apartment to stay in Medellin. Well located. Easy to walk. If you are taking Uber or taxi use the name Go suites instead of the address. Good gym and community services.

The place is in urgent need of maintenance. The sofa bed is damaged and very uncomfortable, the shower door doesn't close and the water leaks all over the bathroom and the suite. The door of the bathroom has to be forced to be closed. Also the service is terrible, we were missi g pillows and sheets for the sofa bed and they never brought them despite asking multiple times and even asking the security in the front who also called and left messages.
