The hotel is in a great location and is completely walkable to restaurants shops as well as some entertainment venues. The management and facilities of the chain hotel are considered to be in line with the standards of Star Hotel. The service staff are very nice. Many items in the breakfast are local food and have local characteristics.

Bel ensemble moderne, chaleureux de style savoyard. A 2 pas du centre-ville piétonnier, le long de la nationale (insonorisation des chambres). Pas de dépose bagage devant l »hôtel, accès uniquement piéton. Il faut contourner l’hôtel pour accéder par la porte de service ! De même AUCUNE INDICATION du parking. Il faut suivre le panneau du parking »Arly » commun à l’hôtel , encore faut-il le savoir. Un panneau « P Novotel » serait la bienvenue. Le parking est de 18 €, à payer à gauche de la réception (demander à l’accueil). Check in très agréable. Nombreuses chambres, certaines sont loin de l’ascenseur. Belle chambre tout confort moderne, un peu petite. Belle salle du bar. Repas correct et bon petit déjeuner. Prix doux hors saison.

C'est la 2ème fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel, qui donne à chaque fois l'envie de revenir. Bravo à toute l'équipe pour leur accueil et pour leur gentillesse,, toujours à l'écoute, toujours bienveillant pour tout, franchement on ressent un très bel état d'esprit par tout le personnel quelque soit leur fonction, pour nous rendre notre séjour le plus chouette possible. C'est vraiment appréciable . Merci à toute l'équipe

Visited here with a family for autumvacation in Megeve. Feelings where a little bit the good and bad - actually there is no big things to complain but somehow we all (3 adults) were a little bite missing something.. Room were big and nicely decorated, sleep quality were just fine but airconditioning was just a joke - you could press the buttons and hear noises but no cooling (same for two separate rooms). Breakfast was missing more normal vegetables than more cheeseplatters... Items what they served were tasteful but after third breakfast we all were happy to change. Maybe they could increase some tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce etc in the future. Really no big missing outs but no big warm feelings after all...

Nous connaissons très bien cet hôtel, il s'agit de notre troisième séjour rien que cette année et c'est toujours une réussite. L'hôtel est calme, très propre, extrêmement bien situé, avec un personnel bienveillant et à l'écoute. L'accès à la piscine avec la balnéothérapie est un vrai plus.
Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel.

Hôtel idéalement situé. Pas de standing de luxe mais un accueil correct qui c’est amélioré nettement et c’est heureux. Difficile de comprendre la gestion des chambres et on peut partir en ballade le matin, rentrer à 15H et retrouver sa chambre non faite ? Priorité aux arrivées apparement ce qui n’est pas confortable. Boycott du restaurant quand on voit qu’on est capable d’écrire au menu « jambon de volaille »… C’est simplement lamentable. Et quid des clients qui veulent un plat normal ??? S’adapter a sa clientèle majoritairement musulmane est une chose, écrire n’importe quoi en est une autre.

Très bel hôtel 4* qui existe depuis environ 4 ans. Bien situé par rapport au centre du village de Megève. Belle architecture, la décoration est très réussie. La chambre était spacieuse et très propre. Le personnel est très professionnel, sympathique et toujours à votre écoute.
