老軍人開的酒店，設施雖然不如連鎖酒店，但乾淨，環境好，開始定了靠馬路的，有點吵要求換房，老闆協調了對面，非常值得肯定。大堂有梅州紅色旅遊點地圖，對面就是葉帥紀念館，整體很推薦。

説是賓館，其實就是民房改的名宿，比較吵，隔音很差。設施陳舊，衞生一般，有小蚊蟲，配套也比較簡陋，燈光衹有一個昏暗的黃光，相比價格來説性價比很低。優點就是停車方便，床鋪還算舒適。
