Excellent service as usual, check in was a breeze and the front desk staff was amazing. My only complaint on this trip, they had no heat in the lobby (Come on folks, that’s an easy fix) It was freezing trying to have a few drinks at the lobby bar. Overall a great place to stay, fantastic Front Desk staff

Stains on sheets, dirty carpet, dirty shower. Picked this hotel for the pool and it was not connected to hotel it was in a parking lot next door So out dated, do not recommend

Was planning on spending the day by the pool with the kids, but was informed it was closed. Was able to check-in early and when we were hanging out in our room, we could hear running water in our shower. Upon investigation, the room above us was running their shower and water was draining through the light fixture above our shower. Informed the front desk (not sure if it got fixed). The lobby area is nice and works to cover up the old-ness of the rest of the hotel. Paint chipping, ceiling peeling, rust, etc. Beds were fine and the room served its purpose, but this hotel definitely needs a lot of updating. Used the shuttle to get to the airport and that went really well and was on demand.

The check in took longer than we expected. We arrived around 6pm and there were no room ready. The room we had 503 was not that clean , the carpet needs to vacuum. We had to stay only for one night so we took it as it is. Was not like Hilton standard!

When we checked into the suite, the first thing we noticed were the many chipped furniture. The bathroom tub was stripping, and the sofa was full of dust. A few of us had allergies and sneezed nonstop. The property is in dire need of updating. I’ve also noticed a trend in hotels putting “third-party guests” in the worst rooms if they book on Orbitz or *******. That’s not cool. I expect Hilton to live up to its name especially if I’m paying over $300 per night for a suite.

Property needs a little TLC. Baseboards coming off, hallways are dark, grout coming off around tiles in shower, safe did not work.

The room was extremely humid all if our clothes that were in our suitcases were damp. The tin had a mild stench to it. However, our flight was canceled so we had to take a next day flight and stayed the night at city walk Hilton and I have 0 complaints!

The property was quiet clean, and safe. I didn't like the fact i came in they were out of power for 30 mns straight and i had to wait for a long time and they couldn't even gave discounts

Ok so my first stay was 5/5 but the reason this stay was 4 stars was because #1. My floor was vibrating at times? I was in room 449 and it felt like I was on an airplane which made me a bit nauseas. It would come and go... #2 the bottom of my the tub in the shower was peeling and I almost cut my foot on it... I would still stay here again those are probably one-off things.
