This was not a remodeled facility as advertised, unless we got the 3rd-rate rooms. Bathtub drain was rusted, shower sprayed half water the other half of water came out of the tub spicket. The sink did not have a drain cover. Everything felt old and used in the room. Extremely uncomfortable stay.

Fantastic staff, unfortunately the hotel is in desperate of some deep cleaning. The carpet is old dirty and needs to be replaced, including rooms lobby and corridors The hotel exterior very much is need of a power wash and new coat of paint, landscaping is very poor and parking lot is in need of repair. Standing outside looking towards the lobby you can see just how dirty the windows are, especially on the left side of the sliding doors. A little soap and water could solve that problem. Elevator floor was very dirty, I don't think is was ever cleaned during my 2 day stay. Chuck the front desk agent was amazing, what excellent service. All of the hotel staff was just great, That's the only reason I would return to this property.

Not very modern hotel

It was a great experience. Very calm and relaxing stay. I definitely enjoyed my time here.

This hotel gave us a bad feeling. The receptionist was very unprofessional. There were very few clothes hangers in the room, so I asked him to send a few clothes hangers. After blowing the clothes three times, he only sent three broken clothes hangers in the middle of the night. Then I found out that $26.86 was deducted from my bill. Moreover, our room reservation included two meals. The breakfast front desk told us that because the chef was ill, breakfast would not be provided, and there was no apology or compensation.

Clean, comfortable, well kept older property. Staff at desk were friendly. Bed super comfortable. Bathroom in 301 clean, but dated-had to jiggle that toilet handle to stop it running, minor issue!

Check in was easy. Facility was clean and easy to find. Location was great with ample opportunities for meals outside of the hotel within walking and short drives. Will definitely stay again.

For the money we paid, i was hoping for a newer look. The rooms need to be updated. In the first room, it was old soap in the soap dish that had turned black a little, hair on the beds, carpet not vacuumed and more. The customer service from guest services was amazing and they really tried thier hardest to accommodate us. However, the suite we were moved to wasnt better. It was stains on the curtains, when you showered the water didnt drain fast, etc. We will stay at the other location next time.

The hotel was okay for what we paid,the lady from front desk was very friendly and nice

We needed a place to stay for one time, close enough to Cape Canaveral so we didn't have to drive forever. This fit the bill perfectly. Easy to find, quick check-in, room was warm and comfortable. And the bonus, was the hotel was close to food that I could eat!

There was no tissue in the bathroom, had to use Kleenex afterwards, and the toilet made a running noise all night. When checking out about 7am no one was at the front desk so I called once in the car to tell them about this

The AC unit was SO LOUD that we finally turned the AC up at night just to be able to sleep. The alarm clock was set by someone to go off at like 1 am in the morning, couldn’t figure out how to turn it off socket kept ringing every 5 minutes. Finally had to wake up turn on a light to figure out to unplug it. Check in - we waited about 5 minutes until someone finally came out to wait on us, he was so quick and quiet while checking us in (I was not impressed) then while trying to turn the tv on, a worker just walked into our room. Of course she apologized but at least we were able to show her the tv wasn’t working. The only plus about this hotel was the bed was comfortable.

The condition of the hotel felt a little bit tired. It was clean, the staff was friendly, the location was good. I'd stay again.

First room on First floor had mold Second room the toilet didn't flush and we had to use a plunger each time using toilet. I did ask to see a third room and it had mold as well. We stayed in the room with the non flushing toilet. All 3 woke up congested. This room doesn't smell like mold however I am guessing its the entire hotel that has mold.It is just more noticeable on the first floor.
