"Nice location, nice clerks, nice foods. This accommodation is very close to Melbourne Airport, especially international terminal. And This was the largest accommodation that I used. And on lobby, there is a restaurant, which has very kind cooks. So many people were using that restaurant like having party. I had a Korean style-grilled pork belly. Even though it was not that close to the original Korean grilled pork, I was satisfied. If the cook can see this review, I recommend to provide the pork belly without sauce that you used, but to provide that sauce seperatedly. Anyway, thank you for your service. And your signature wine was very nice."
"A very convenient trolley push of luggage across the walkway straight out of the terminal. No need for any transfer rides, no waiting. There is a deposit on the room credit card or, at the time of writing, $100 cash is quicker on refund at checkout. A pool and gym. Attached restaurant for convenience. Excellent service by helpful staff"
"More affordable than other airport hotels. While it's a bit older, it's clean and tidy. It's a 10-minute walk from the airport. On the way to the hotel, you'll find a McDonald's and a convenience store.
Directions to the hotel: From inside Terminal 1, face the exit and turn left. You'll see an Uber sign. Continue walking straight along the wall until you reach a pedestrian walkway. Follow this walkway to the right, cross the intersection, and then, just before you reach McDonald's, turn left onto another pathway. Keep following this path until the very end."
"1.Check in at around 17:00 and check out around 09:30, only one staff per shift, both male staffs are not really please to serve guest, not active to answer guest simple questions
2.no phone inside hotel room, so weird and emergency/safety concerns.
3.female staff drive the airport shuttle and once we approch the shuttle she ask us lift the luggage by ourselves. Seems just throw us somewhere at the terminal"
"We are a family of 5 adult and 1 infant, and we booked 2 rooms separately. We primarily chose this hotel because of the good location next to the domestic terminal and a not-so-expensive price point (compared to Parkroyal which was directly opposite the hotel). The rooms were decently-sized, nothing too luxurious as it catered mainly to travellers transferring in the airport. The hotel had a massive gym, which was surprisingly given that it was mostly empty but they had all kinds of equipment catering to all body parts. We also had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it was OK. Not the best food, but at least it filled out stomachs with the standard spread of Western food - fruits, bread, eggs and bacons etc. All in all, would recommend this hotel if you are transitioning at Melbourne for a night and looking for an affordable yet not too shabby place to sleep!"
"Such great communication , clean rooms, and great to know they have a courtesy bus and you can park you car at the hotel well your away.
Will definitely be our go to place for future flights .
A++++"
"Hotel is located near airport. There is a shuttle bus that would bring you to and from airport. It is very convenient. The staff are friendly. They were very prompt to reply my emails about airport pick up"
"excellent comfortable apartment in a calm and beautiful area close to airport . Great relaxing stay . very good set up. Nice decor , good bed , nice shower ..I reached it in few minutes from airport ..some Caffè and restaurants within the area ..
a place to stay ,I will surely return"
"The room wasn't very new, and the facilities were a bit old. The front desk mentioned that the room's location was complicated and suggested it would be easier to follow the signs yourself. There's a car for airport pick-up and drop-off, so if you arrive at the airport at night, you can check into this hotel first and then take a bus to the city in the morning. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, which is very convenient. The Western-style breakfast offered a decent variety and was quite filling."
