Traveling with my parents, I booked this hotel because friends live nearby. The location is a bit out of the way; if you're visiting Melbourne for the first time, you might find transportation inconvenient. There aren't many dining options around either. However, Albert Park Lake is right across the street, and it's beautiful.

Nothing wrong with the check in, but suddenly all of our electric plugs not working when we just come back to the hotel, trying to call operator once and no one coming after 10 minutes because its already night time and we are ready to sleep but can’t charge our gadgets, so after to call for the second time they came to check and think they can’t fix it, so they bring another person, and the other person still even tries all the plugs, which i said the aircon is even dead how is it the other will be working. And finally they moved us to another room at 9 PM, we move to the other room and seems like they didn’t even check the room yet before give it to us, the pillow is missing, they didn’t have the toothbrush (same with thr first room) i mean is 5 star hotel should be providing toothbrush and water to drink ? And the complimentary tea and coffee is even different from the other room, lots of missing item that we wanted to drink, so far not a pleasant stay because they give us the unchecked rooms to stay and service not even looks like 5 star hotel. Not taking a lot of pic or video bcs too tired to pack our stuff back after wearing our pyjamas

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is great — a pleasant area that isn’t overcrowded with tourists. The rooms are excellent, with large queen-size beds, which was very important for us. The hotel also offers a good range of facilities, including a pool, sauna, and breakfast. While the breakfast is not very extensive, it is perfectly sufficient for a few days and includes all the essentials. There is also an option to order food, which is very convenient. We would definitely be happy to return to this hotel on our next visit to Melbourne. A big thank you to the staff for everything!

Great breakfast, big rooms and excellent service. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Also a great cafe and lots of seating spaces in the lobby!

Overall I had a good experience staying at Pullman. We got free room upgrades to Lakeview and staffs were friendly. The only disappointment was we had to pay for car park. The buffet breakfast was decent.

The facilities are really old. It's clearly a hotel that airlines use for their crews, so there's nothing luxurious about it. I wouldn't recommend it for families.
