Very good. Located in the CBD with very convenient transportation. At least during the few consecutive days I stayed there, the other guests in the room were of a high standard. Since it was my first time booking a hostel or similar accommodation for a trip, I was quite worried about safety, cleanliness, and other issues. I initially booked just one night to test the waters, but ultimately decided to extend my stay by another 2 days without hesitation. Huge thanks to Trip.com as well! It's an amazing platform that provides us with such great convenience—truly fantastic!

Much better than before, especially the bathroom and shower. They were clean and spacious.

The room was fantastic, and the owner was incredibly friendly. I really loved this hotel; it's my top choice for solo travel. The room was also very clean – a perfect first choice for someone living alone in Australia.

The location is great, just a 5-minute walk from Southern Cross Station, making it super convenient for getting around and finding plenty of food options. The front desk staff were very friendly and provided detailed explanations. I loved the app-based room key system. The lobby has lots of power outlets, and the first-floor lounge area is spacious, plus there are independent lounge areas on each floor. The room itself was quite large and had bedside lamps. On the third floor, the men's restroom has two individual shower stalls, and there are more on the second floor. The kitchen has 8 gas burners, which can get quite crowded during meal times. The free breakfast was simple, but they did offer almond milk. On the downside, the bathroom felt a bit humid, there were no privacy curtains on the bed, and there weren't many hooks in the room.

The hostel is centrally located, very close to the main station, making it super convenient to walk everywhere. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The hostel itself is clean and tidy, and the kitchen is spotless, which makes cooking a pleasure. Although breakfast is simple, there's a good selection of bread, various spreads, and milk, which is convenient for guests. The front desk and staff are kind and friendly, providing thoughtful and detailed service. All the guests I met were polite and well-mannered, making it feel like one big family. I stayed for a week and had a very satisfying experience. I'll definitely be back.
