This was a clean and comfortable hotel! They had all the basic amenities like towels, a hairdryer, and shampoo, plus tea and coffee. The location was incredibly convenient; it was great to be able to walk back in just 5-10 minutes after shopping or spending time at a cafe. The reception staff were very kind; in my case, even though it was before the official check-in time, they let me into my room because it was ready. I felt they offered excellent service for the price in Melbourne. I'd definitely want to stay here again if I come back to Melbourne!

The room was very spacious, the only downside was that the shower didn't have a door, but it wasn't a major issue. The location is great, with lots of restaurants nearby.

The location is great. It's an old building in the city center, so I understand the narrow spaces between buildings. There seems to be a restaurant downstairs, so it can be a bit noisy at night. It's small but has everything you need.

The location is great, but the facilities are quite old, the that’s why I think it was a bit too expensive for it; it’s easy to get to a lot of main attractions on foot, the staff is friendly. My room was rather spacious, the towels were changed daily, but the soap and shampoo/ shower gel were not refilled. The WiFi wasn’t stable, sometimes the signal was extremely weak.
In general I was satisfied with my stay, and would recommend this hotel!

The hotel's downtown location is great for a stay. The facilities are a bit old and seem to be in need of renovation. Overall, it was a good experience.

The hotel had no WiFi, and the air conditioning was so bad I caught a cold. It's close to the commercial street, which meant a lot of noise outside all night long.
