Excellent location with Bourke & Russell St Tram Station right outside the door.  Comfortable big beds with great linen.  The two bed apartment was huge, with large living area and bathroom and nice holiday size kitchen for those who would like to cook.  The bath was huge though we ran out of hot water trying to fill it!  Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location. However, cleanliness is subpar… the jacuzzi in the bathroom is too dirty to be used… the tub was yellowing and a ball of ball came out when we switched on the jets.. didn’t dare to use it. The water pressure from the shower was weak too. Recommended if you’re there for a holiday but barely in the room, otherwise..

房間很大，兩個馬桶也特別合適一家人出行，廚房一應設施齊全，酒店交通十分方便，位置離唐人街很近，出門就是便利店和麥當勞，總之挺滿意的。

The room is large, and the two toilets are very suitable for a family trip. The kitchen is fully equipped. The hotel is very convenient. The location is very close to Chinatown, and there are convenience stores and McDonald's right outside the door. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Fantastic location, solidly built apartments…. However…. Air con and heating didn’t work, two out of four overhead lights didn’t work ( holes in the plaster where light switches had been removed).   During our four night stay our room was serviced once by housekeeping, and they left the door unlocked afterwards, so we came back to an open apartment after a day out exploring Melbourne.   Only one key available for the room as well which was limiting for a family with older teenage children.   Reception staff were lovely, so helpful and apologetic. They seemed overrun by issues though and couldn’t do much to address the fundamental issues!

The apartment is a good size with large bathroom but it has functionality problems. The microwave sits on the bench where no power is available. You need to move microwave and sit on sink to plug into power. Tea and coffee available but no kettle to heat water and when i called after hours was told to light a fire to heat water. Front door lock not great have to wrestle with it to work. Lounge area has hole in ceiling where water leak has happened.
