The facilities are quite basic; they don't even provide essential towels and toiletries – you have to buy them at the front desk. The laundry room environment is really unappealing, just terrible! However, the kitchen and lounge areas are quite comfortable, and the movie room is nice too. The lady at the front desk had a decent attitude.

The hostel is right in front of Flinders Street Station, so the location was excellent. While the room and the hostel weren't amazing, it was a decent stay considering the price, without any major inconveniences.

Right across from Felindas train station, the location is incredibly convenient. I stayed in a 6-person female dorm this time, and the staff cleaned the bathrooms daily, which was very nice and clean.

Centrally located accommodation with convenient travel. Little privacy in the room due to many guests and quite noisy. There's a locker inside the bunk bed. The sleeping experience was a bit uncomfortable. Staff service was good, but there were no amenities provided at all. Even towels had to be purchased, and there was no hairdryer.

It’s around 20 minute walk from the Southern Cross station. The bunks are nice and clean. No towel provided.

The location is absolutely wonderful, and the reception staff are so incredibly friendly and attentive. The facilities are nice, and I really enjoyed my time in the 6-bed shared room. The bed was super comfortable with lovely privacy curtains, and the bedding was perfectly clean with a wonderfully warm duvet that kept me cozy all night.
The bathrooms were great too, with nice individual stalls and excellent hot showers with wonderful water pressure. The kitchen was good, though it could perhaps use a few more supplies and some extra clean dish towels. I also absolutely loved the record store and bar in the basement—it has such a cool, relaxed, and trendy vibe!
The only little challenge was some really loud construction work out on the street that started around 11 PM. It was quite noisy in the room, so I ended up using my noise-canceling headphones to help me drift off to sleep.23
