The room was tiny, even the toilet was smaller than those in Hong Kong hotels. It faced directly opposite another office building. The 'balcony room' was simply not facing the street; instead, it was on the side where all the machinery was. It was incredibly noisy, like sleeping on an airplane, with a constant buzzing in my ears. When booking, there were options for 'one-bedroom room without cleaning service' and 'one-bedroom room.' I decisively chose the slightly more expensive 'one-bedroom room.' However, the room wasn't cleaned for several days. After speaking to the front desk, I was told that housekeeping services cost extra. I stayed for a week, and I had to sort and take out my own trash to the recycling point outside the hotel. To my surprise, there was still uncleaned trash left by the previous guest in the bin. There was also no charging spot by the bed. I really don't recommend this hotel.

Overall, it exceeded my expectations. The room was very spacious. They even provided toothbrushes, slippers, and cup noodles. The kitchen was well-equipped with a stove and oven. The only downside was that the cleanliness was just okay; there were some stains on the table.

About 1000 meters from Southern Cross Station, it's within walking distance. The apartment is spacious and bright, though the bathroom is a bit cramped and the shower water pressure is low. The surrounding area is nice.
