Oaks Melbourne on William Suites

My stay at Oaks Melbourne on William Suites this time was very satisfying. The hotel's location is convenient, close to a free tram stop and city attractions, making getting around very easy. The room was spacious and clean, well-equipped with plenty of kitchenware, suitable for both short and long stays. The high-floor view was open and offered great cityscapes. The front desk staff were friendly and enthusiastic, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The overall environment was comfortable and quiet, offering great value for money. I will definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Melbourne. Highly recommended.

I stayed for two days, and it was affordable and very clean. However, the duvet cover wasn't like the ones in my home country. Here, they just use two sheets with the duvet insert in between. At night, it was easy for the inner sheet to get all bunched up and lost somewhere, which felt a bit unhygienic.

Every time I visit Melbourne, I love staying at Oaks Melbourne on William Suites, specifically their apartment with a kitchen and a view. It's great to buy fresh ingredients from Queen Victoria Market and cook them myself – it's often more suited to a Chinese palate than eating out. Flagstaff Gardens is right downstairs, offering beautiful scenery. On a nice day, a stroll in the park soaking up the sun is wonderfully relaxing. Every day, I enjoy standing on the balcony, gazing at the Docklands seascape in the distance and admiring the captivating sunset. I'll definitely book this view room again on my next visit.

The location is excellent, right across from the subway station, and the view is great. It has an open kitchen for simple cooking and a dishwasher. The soundproofing, however, is not very good, and there was noise at night.

The room was quite spacious; we had no problem opening two large suitcases. It also had a balcony, though we didn't use it much since it was winter. The transportation nearby is convenient. Having a kitchen was very practical. I would consider staying here again.

The hotel's location is excellent, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It's very convenient for visiting Melbourne's attractions. Overall, I'm satisfied. The staff provided appropriate assistance, especially one Japanese staff member who was very polite. However, the heater was quite noisy, and it was located directly above the bed. I hope this can be improved.
