Wir bewohnten die Barock Suite im ersten Stock, von dort hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht zum Stift Melk und auf dem Hauptplatz von Melk. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön gestaltet. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und nett. Auch im dazugehörigen Restaurant kann man ausgezeichnet essen. Das Hotel verfügt über einen super Parkplatz. Wir werden wieder kommen.

I read on Facebook in March that some rooms were being renovated, so I asked by email and reserved some for my son and me. The occasion was my birthday party on the Danube with other family members and friends. The rooms turned out very nice and we felt very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. If I were to visit Melk again, I would definitely book there again.

Beautiful room, large and comfortable, excellent cleanliness, excellent and varied breakfast of great quality. We decided to have dinner in the hotel restaurant, which was also mentioned in several guides. We ate very well: excellent quality and attentive service. In short, a nice stay in this small town where you visit the splendid Abbey which can be easily reached on foot. At the end of our stay, from 1st to 2nd January, the very kind owner gave us a small four-leaf clover plant, decorated with the symbolic chimney sweep, as a traditional good wish for the New Year. A delightful attention to the guests, which we greatly appreciated.

Hotel which is largely overrated and whose teaser photos are decoys for many of the rooms offered. The room we occupied was cramped. toilet not separated from the bathroom. Basic and old-fashioned decoration. No air conditioning and in the middle of summer it's unbearable. The view on the ground floor of the parking lot behind the hotel does not add anything to the opinion of this establishment. The breakfast was correct and plentiful, nothing more. Welcoming and friendly staff.
