We stayed for a two days and everything was amazing! Very clean , renovated room. Nearly the complex were everything that you need. It’s really close to the beach. This is the biggest beach in the Malta.

The main problem with staying at this hotel was the service when there was an issue with the shower. The shower was not draining water properly - you couldn't have the water on for more than one minute before water started leaking out of the shower, into the room, then into the hallway. I was with a group of 4 people, one showered on our first day after a long day out, and we were on the couch on our phones. This is normal to decompress after a long day of being out at the beach and whatnot before dinner. Water leaked from the shower to the hallway to the room with the couch. When we noticed, my friend stopped the shower and I called maintenance about this issue and they said they would send someone. After 30 minutes of water pooling on the floor spreading more, and my friend trying to clean it, I called reception again. They were not kind to me about this issue. They said someone would be coming shortly and hung up on me. Maintenance came after 10 more minutes, and he was quite rude about the issue. He blamed us for the mess, about not noticing sooner, and told us to call as soon as we noticed - which I did! He said he fixed the issue, cleaned up, and then left. He made sure to tell us that we didn't clean it as we should've. This was incredibly rude. The hotel was fine afterwards - the pools are cool, but the hot tubs are not hot. My friends and I did not get treated kindly even though we were kind to staff, and did nothing to disturb other guests. This hotel is good for the proximity to the beach and the restaurants around it, but the service is not great.

Great location if like near beach with bus stops 2 minutes walk from hotel. Nice walk (long 4km and uphill) along the beach and up past the red tower with great views of Gozo to the north and lovely coastline to south. The hotel has warm indoor pool beautiful rooftop pool (little windy at the moment but good view across bay and up to well lit church. Great bar downstairs good deals also. Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Meals good at reasonable prices (cheaper than outside restaurant). Gym has easy to use equipment for a good workout. Room was well equipped and clean, my only con was TV was a little small and selection of channels was minimal. Highly recommend. Will go back again

Had a lovely stay here at the Luna Holiday Complex, the service from the staff were spot on, the rooms were spacious and clean however could do with a bit of a revamp in the bathroom but all in all, we had a very good stay and would come back here again.

Great, very kind and pleasant staff The hotel is very clean and has direct access to a mini market, which is very practical. We didn't use all the services available but everything was great

Was very happy with the location, the bus stop is right in front of the door. Several great hiking routes and nature parks can be reached from the hotel on foot or after a short bus ride (e.g. Foresta 2000 or Il Majjistral). The hotel's own small supermarket was surprisingly well stocked, especially for a vegan diet and the price was totally fine. All of the employees at the hotel were very friendly. The only downside: from the corridors there was always a lot to be heard in the room (every door that was closed, guests speaking, the cleaning staff...).

It is far away from the bustling area, the bed in the room is small and there is no quilt, and there is no so-called exclusive beach. Friends choose carefully

Good hotel very well located, it has a mini supermarket on level -1 and there is also a nautical diving center which is very interesting for activities. The swimming pool on the sixth floor is amazing. You have the beach less than 500m away on foot which is excellent. Unfortunately I spent four nights in this hotel and my room was only cleaned once at least the cleaning lady only made the bed and not cleaned the room. The sheets were never changed during my stay and the towels were only changed once, which is very deplorable for a hotel.

The super large room and the super comfortable bed, as a drawback the television had no signal and no one speaks Spanish at reception, but a super good stay.

The hotel is perfect (facilities, food, proximity to public transport, proximity to the beach) but a major downside soundproofing not appropriate if customers lack discretion, civility to respect the rest of others!!

The Luna Holiday complex deserves its 3 star rating. The hotel itself is clean, the rooms are clean and reasonably spacious. We stayed in one of the Superior Family Suites, but don’t let the description fool you. There’s nothing superior at all. At best it’s an average suite. I can’t fault the staff at all. They are all friendly and professional. The Sky pool (over 17’s only) is nice, and the views are good. The family pool on the ground level is good if you have small children, but it was far too hot for me. My wife and daughter used it, daughter was 16 on our visit, so not allowed in the big peoples pool. The only downside for me was the coffee at breakfast, it’s awful. There is also live entertainment in the lobby area. Don Toninos bar is pretty good too, and prices are on par with the rest of Mellieha. If you do go to this hotel, beware there are building works at the back of the hotel, and there is occasional noise, but it’s not too bad. I would recommend trying to get a room at the front of the hotel as the view is much better. We had our room at the rear. As I said the hotel is ok, and on the whole we enjoyed our stay there.

This holiday was my first time abroad the accommodation, location and especially the staff at Luna made it an incredible experience. Pardip behind the bar was so friendly made it very memorable and especially comfortable with it being a new experience he showed patience, understanding and over all care overall he was just fantastic. I could not fault anything with the customer service. With this being a birthday present holiday Sinead was amazing doing a surprise cake on the last night for me and over all checking in to make sure our trip was going smoothly for us. The accommodation is lovely clean and comfortable and I can't find a single thing that was not perfect for us. Thank you so much to all the staff for making it an incredible experience.

I stayed in a self catering apartment and it was exactly what I needed. Very clean and sheets and towels changed as needed. Nice laid back vibe. All the staff I met were very friendly and approachable. Great location for seafront, Gozo ferry and buses round the island. I would 100% stay there again.
