Nice place. Only thing was that when we had a 4pm check inn there was a lobby full of people and we ended up having to wait about 30 minutes just to check in. Not the end of the world we just had a venue to be at and needed to start to get ready. Very friendly staff. Clean room.

How bad can a hotel be..? this was the worst. Lets start with the rant. Took the guy 25 mins to check me in. once he checked my license, just vanished from the desk and came back after 15 mins, not sure where did he go, but in total 45 mins for a check in. Got room 325. went in, shower was on, water on bathroom floor. the counter was cracked. literally cracked into 4 pieces. they had put some kind of black glue on it. went back downstairs. stood in line again, got another room 357. now they key wont work. took all the luggage from 325 to 357, only to realise, keys not working. we were running late, i had to be somewhere by 6 PM. so went back to 325, kept our stuff. came down, told the guy, keys did not work. we are leaving, either fix the bathroom floor at 325 or give us new keys, we will be back. came back in 2 hours. neither was done. new person at checkin. there was always a line at check in. asked the lady what to do. she gave me new set of keys for 357. but before taking out luggage, I went to check if the keys worked. went to room, room was wide open.. huh !! why ? not sure. had a hunch, something is not right, so i closed the door and tried opening with my keys . now the door would not lock at all.... really !!!! went back, told the person, what does she want me to do. I was given the option, she can either send an engineer to fix the door or go back to 325, they will send room service to clean/wipe the bathroom. I chose to stay put at 325, since now I am very tired, up and down the elevator. BTW no one came , I threw the towels on the floor and went to bed. 12 AM, loud noise from corridor, constant banging on doors. I opened the door, saw a few people, it seems there was a marriage party and these people were drunk. I tried calling the hotel to send someone, but no one picked the phone. the noise continued till 1 AM, finally I kept calling, calling, around 2 AM, someone picked up the phone, told them to please send someone to 3rd floor, I cannot sleep. 3 AM, i got up, told the people in the corridor to pipe it down. 5 AM, went downstairs and told the guy to call the manager on duty, I was told manager was sleeping and cannot be disturbed till 8 AM. I was told, manager can call me when he wakes up, they would not dare disturb the managers sleep. I left my phone number for the manager to call.... checked out. been 3 days, still waiting for the manager to call me. thank you.

The hotel environment is very good, the service is considerate, and there is a large supermarket around Bank of America. The transportation is convenient, hygienic, and very clean. The hotel has a car to pick you up when you go out around. It's very considerate. I will come again

The hotel room is big, and the bathroom also has shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body cream supply, but the bathtub can’t store water, I have to call the housekeeping department to ask the staff to come to my room to fix it, the shower throat is so slow , the water temperature is not too hot, the carpet in the room has a moldy smell, and the sound insulation of the room is poor.
