Quiet location (about 30 mins to downtown) and good breakfast. The housekeeping service is almost nonexistent. Our sofa bed didn’t have sheets and there was none in the closet. Despite calling the reception desk to get that, they didn’t send any. We had to go downstairs to ask personally and collect the sheets. Okay experience overall.

Wow, this was the WORST breakfast buffet I have ever encountered at a Hampton Inn. Oatmeal was runny and lukewarm. No yogurt. No milk. No eggs; just biscuits and gravy. Juice machine spewed water from one juice button and way watered OJ from another non-OJ button. And, normally I get an email from Hilton after a stay to provide a review and feedback, and none was sent. I am sure others have had good stays here, but they severely dropped the ball for me for a day I sorely needed a good start.

Everyone that worked there were very respectful and nice to me. There is one that helped me a great deal, her name is Sierra. There was another young lady that work the night shift helped me as well. However, thanks to Sierra I will be staying there again. This time with my daughters. Thanks.

Check in was longer than anticipated because of another person having anxiety over where her bed was in the room. The breakfast was not that great. Ive stayed at many Hampton Inns and usually breakfast is over the top. This wasjust blah. Bathroom wasn't cleaned very well. Lots of hair. Clean sheets. Overall it was good and served its purpose.

Basic Hampton Inn-a little tired (broken shade upon checkin) 1 mile from TPC Southwind. Service was friendly and helpful across the board. Most impressed with Sierra who is bright (both mind and spirit). She anticipated our needs and helped us store our bags after checkout.
