Ozark Inn

Good for an overnight stay whole traveling. Older hotel that was recently refurbished. Newly paved parking lot, newer pain on walls, new flooring, new TV, new sink and toilet, new fiberglass tub/shower combo. Fairly comfortable bed. Microwave and fridge. Parking outside room door. On south side of town. Above average cleanliness. Very good air conditioner. Check in was easy and clerk was nice. No frills, no breakfast, near train track. Very good price for an overnight stay travel hotel. Price was $80 after tax on a Sat night. Would definitely stay again if passing through, but not a vacation destination hotel.

The room was small but very clean and comfortable. Mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Wi-Fi was strong. The hosts were very friendly. Older motel but very clean. We would definitely stay here again. Very affordable.

Bed bugs, need I say more, the place has bed bugs. This has been the worst day ever, had to burn all of my stuff in fear of taking them home. This town is in such need of a good hotel, Sun country is over priced and now I know why, either pay the extorted price or deal with bed bugs. Don't stay here the owners were in denial even with the blood on the bed and showing them the video I took of the bedbug crawling across the bed. Wish there was a place to report these people.

I don’t normally write reviews. I give this place 5 's. The nice reviews from others are spot on. Friendly guy at the desk, easy check-in, very clean room, soft pillows , comfortable bed and a great price. I stay around 75 nights a year across the country at brand name places, mostly Hilton and Marriott 's. Some of those are $600 a night! My stay here was better than a lot of them. Well done Ozark Inn, I was would recommended and stay again.

Guy was so rude I went to sun country inn. Receptionist was the sweetest. True blessing. Don’t stop there. Spend your money wisely. No way someone should treat you that way when spending your hard earned money. MY FAULT. I SAW IT SAID MOTEL NOT HOTEL….

The rooms are very clean but very basic. The bed is somewhat hard but ok. The amenities are bare minimum. My husband was a little cold in the room and no extra blanket. Thin sheets and comforter so went to Wal Mart the next day and bought a blanket for him. No Kleenex in room and only a half roll of toilet paper. The shampoo and conditioner were in little packets with barely enough to wash a toddlers hair. The shower was good with lots of hot water. Coffee that was in our room was bitter and there was none in lobby so while at Wal Mart bought a travel Keurig and pods. Check in was at 10:00 at night and person that checked us in was not very friendly. Would we stay here again? Maybe if all we were looking for is a very basic, no frills hotel.

Great experience and customer service. This is a very clean place . The rates are reasonable and the owners provide the best customer service. Made sure we had a ride to a good restaurant. You don't find people focused on their customers like this often

We are truck drivers and decided to stay here after read the good reviews because of a ice storm hitting the area We were glad we did This hotel has nice clean rooms with comfortable beds for a reasonable price and the managers go way out of there way to make your stay as great as possible This hotel also has room for a semi or two

On the NEGATIVE SIDE: We checked in after 3pm on Monday. While in the room- ALL EVENING & NIGHT - we had FLIES (7-8) in our room.....we did kill all of them! Talk about an awful decision we made when staying at this MOTEL!! Their website pictures are very deceiving. The furniture in the room was very worn & rickety; the carpet had not been vacuumed thoroughly; there was no Kleenex or laundry bag in room; bedding (cover) sheet was very thin & did not cover bed properly and light-weight blanket had holes in it. The inner spring mattress had a lot to be desired. My back was aching all the next day. OH, AND - TRAINS/WHISTLES ALL NIGHT LONG!! On the Positive side: they had a good working A/C, Microwave & Refrigerator. THIS EXPERIENCE HAS MADE ME BELIEVE IN THE OLD SAYING: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! I have Never had to write such a negative review before. I hope the other paying customers did not have the same experiences we did! Management needs to do things Better!
