Worst check in experience ever. After arriving at 9pm the receptionist informed us that the hotel didn’t have any availabilities. Although we showed them our ******* confirmation, and receipt that we fully prepaid the hotel, she claimed that there was nothing that she could do, except to reimburse us. Then she changed her mind and was not willing to reimburse us, as she said that we had to ask for a refund with *******. After arguing for about an hour, she finally gave us a room. No apologies, no explanations. they offered one free dinner and free breakfast, which she asked us to partly pay at the end of the stay, which we refused. Unfriendly, unhelpful, and the place was in general a bit rundown. I cannot recommend this placee!
