This is a small hotel, clean and like new. It's on the main road and easy to find. There is a large shopping mall nearby that you can walk to.

After staying for three nights, there was always a musty smell in the room. It faced the street. You might be disturbed if you go to bed early. It was never soundproofed. The standard Western breakfast was nothing special and nothing bad.

The facilities are okay, practical, there is an elevator, the breakfast is average, the decoration is a bit old, the service is okay, there is an older lady waiter who has a very good attitude, the young girl talks like she is angry. If the price is discounted by half, it is still good, but there is a real gap between this price and the overall level.

Currently does not have shuttle service. Good location. About 20-25 minutes from the SFO airport. Close to a shopping plaza/area, restaurants and supermarket, which was listed as being opened for 24hrs most within walking distance. The location was also very quite and nights, but you when morning comes you will know because of the train and traffic, to which they provide ear plugs. However, even with this after awhile you almost don't hear it again.

Late late night driving road trip. Brand loyalty has its rewards. Flawless check in to a clean comfortable room. Fair warning it is situated on a busy street near train tracks. I honestly didn’t hear a thing after we turned out the lights. For the sensitive types there are hearing plugs in the room. The breakfast in the morning was decent with a lovely attendant.

We loved staying at the Best Western Plus in Menlo Park! The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the complimentary breakfast and beverages - the variety was a nice touch that added to the experience. The rooms were comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and had everything we needed - comfortable beds, spacious mini-fridge, a microwave, hair dryer, iron and full-sized ironing board, ample closet space, and lovely high-quality toiletries. We were in Palo Alto for a wedding at Stanford, and the “vanity” area was a well-lit and comfortable place for getting ready. We travelled by foot/bus, and found the location to be fairly walkable, despite receiving warnings that it was not. We’ll be returning to the Best Western Plus!

I gave it a 3 for location, but the hotel is really a 2. Too many people in the room above and no hot water. Staff was super nice.
