Un accueil chaleureux, des chambres impeccables et une ambiance élégante. Le restaurant est divin, Idéalement situé, cet hôtel offre confort et tranquillité. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Nous avons passé 3 nuits. Très beau hôtel avec une vue sur lacs à couper le souffle. Belles infrastructures . Personnel compétents et bienveillants. Très très bon petit déjeuner. Nous vous conseillons de prendre une chambre avec vue sur le lac. Nous remercions tout le personnel de l hôtel et nous allons revenir très vite.

Notre séjour était fabuleux. Tout est fait pour que le client passe un moment exceptionnel. L'hôtel propose des prestations luxueuses, mais pas que... On s'y sent bien. Le personnel est vraiment à l'écoute. L'emplacement au bord du lac est idéal : c'est magnifique, même par temps brumeux, et au calme, à l'abri du tumulte de la ville d'Annecy.

L’assiette est de très belle signature et fine, l’équipe du Bar (ceux de Samedi) est extraordinaire et à la recherche de la satisfaction client avec la confection de cocktail sur mesure, Bravo à toutes les équipes..Voiturier très sympa également.

Accueil très bien , petit déjeuner très bien , piscine très bien les chambres sont bien à très bien . Le parfum dans les couloirs est pour moi trop fort , je ne pense pas que cela soit nécessaire . Le lieu est bien sûr magique et le palace excrément bien placé et totalement au calme

Suite spacieuse, cadre magnifique, massage de bonne qualité et espace spacieux. Beau buffet petit déjeuner très varié.Superbe vue sur le lac depuis le restaurant. Service voiturier à disposition et parking gratuit. Bon accueil à la réception .

Hotel was tired and cold. There was very limited food in the bar which didn’t open until 3pm so no lunch. Arrived to stink bugs in the room. Showered and the water ran out so had to take a freezing cold shower. There was filming going on in the main areas so there was nowhere to go and it was noisy and they blocked the lifts. The bar menu was very limited. The restaurant is closed Sunday pm, Monday and Tuesday. The lunch menu is the same each day only 3 main courses to choose from. I was overall very disappointed. Ordered a fruit platter below is what I received!

Cadre extraordinaire, art déco, vu magnifique, chambre très correcte. L'accueil était très chaleureux et professionnel (oui oui les deux peuvent se combiner...). Je recommande également le restaurant de l'hôtel, nous ne sommes pas très loin d'un une étoile Michelin. Bref, une petite échappée d'une soirée avec ma compagne...
