way better experience than ⭐⭐⭐！

We came in late at midnight. Check in was quickly done. We managed to get a late checkout by the hotel that day as our flight was the evening. Thank you.

10 minute walk from the station, carpet on the floor, terrace with not a nice view, cold room but with working climate. Traveled in January, perhaps another period would be better. Satisfying European breakfast from 6am to 10am

The hotel is located near the old town, and the rooms on the highest floor are good even if there is no sea view. The view of the coffee bar on the roof is even better. The room facilities are good and the price/performance ratio is very good. One of the waitresses at breakfast seemed to have an unfriendly attitude. Maybe she thought we ate too much? Ha ha. Menton was a surprise for us, it is very beautiful. If you don’t have luggage, you can take the train to the station further north, and then walk along the seaside avenue to the old town, so you don’t have to walk back and forth on the beautiful but long coastal road twice.

The location was simply amazing; very easy to walk to the many beautiful beaches, near the train station - and that's only a few reasons. Usually whenever I go to the beach and have a swim and a paddle I end up getting cold after a while, but not in Menton; the water at the beaches is so clear, so clean, and such a perfect temperature. In the hotel itself the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast had a nice assortment of fruits, hot food, and drinks. Even though the coffee comes out of a machine, you would think it was from a cafe it was so nice. Dinner on the bliss roof terrace was good too, having the nice surroundings made it even better. Over the three nights I stayed there 2/3 of them I had dinner in the town. Not being the most ' full on ' area for tourists you kind of get the gist of the ' good spots ' and there are loads of places you can get a delicious meal for a fair price. The room was great; absolutely spotless, TV, clean bathroom and shower and a balcony. The balcony came with chairs and a table. Really handy for hanging out any wet clothes or towels. In the evenings in the town there are some great bands playing at the restaurants along the promenade. If you want to travel over the border to either Monaco or Italy it's just a skim of a stone away. As the town is equipped with a great train and bus station you can travel with ease.

Said in the info that there was a sun area and restraunt on the sun terrace ? They hired the area out for a private party ? Basically saying to the other few hundred guests which had already been sold this area when booking ! Get lost find somewhere else !!! Unbelievable that best western could allow double selling an are what everybody else had already paid for ? Should and probably is totally illegal? Stay in these holts for work all over the world ! Will be seeking another hotels in future ??? Totally stunned

Nice clean hotel, good car park, good breakfast. Our car broke down and the staff did everything to help us, we extended our stay no problem. Nice rooms. Special thanks to Mark who helped us translating with the car garage. Hotel in a nice area, close to the beach, restraunts and shops. We were invited to come back home when we are next in the area.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful at front of house and house keeping. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains and was nice to relax on balcony after cycling. Breakfast ran smoothly every morning and there was a great choice for everyone Most definitely will return

Beautiful place, close to the sea, courteous staff. Special requests are catered for. I was allowed to stay longer in the hotel before a sporting event without any problems.

Nice hotel with pleasant friendly staff.room comfortable clean although had to request clean when missed one day. Breakfast amazing choice and enjoyed very much. Tried restaurant on roof was nice a.but downstairs was not so good. Recommended to restaurants by reception too and all very good. Hotel convenient for Navette free bus and short walk to sea. Beautiful town and clean but very busy So. Airline provided top class transport from Nice airport. Would recommend hotel and stay there again.

Clean, comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel management and staff are efficient and there is a welcoming atmosphere from all staff. The hotel is within about a ten minute walk of the rail station and bus station and beaches and five minutes from the beautiful old town of Menton with many shops,cafes and restaurants to choose from. In summer, Menton is busy all day and into the evening and very safe. There are public beaches and serviced/concession beach areas.

The cleanliness of the room and the size were excellent. The comfort of the beds and the view of the town are wonderful. The bathroom and shower are beautiful. The extremely refined breakfast with very fresh products. Excellent location in relation to the pedestrian area and the beach. Les Sablettes is also highly recommended. The public beach is also very well equipped with showers and various services and a beautiful recently renovated seafront. The only thing to improve is the internet speed in the rooms, at least in the 605 it was slow but not blocking. If I were to return to Menton I would definitely stay there. The car park is also very useful, it's a shame we couldn't use it given the maximum height of 1.80m. Close but there is plenty of reservable and affordable parking.

Prices in summer are ridiculous for a very average hotel. I hate the filthy carpet in the rooms. Personnel is friendly.
