VERY EXCELLENT HOTEL TO STAY AT AND VERY CLEAN ALSO THE ROOMS ARE BEYOND EXPECTED FOR THE PRICE RATE I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

The room smelled terrible, and the shower didn't drain well. The TV reception was spotty. The pillows and bedding were fine. I have stayed here in the past, and I had a great experience. I was very disappointed this time. The location and convenience are great.

It’s unfortunate that I feel the need to leave a bad review but if some of you are like me and look at reviews it’s important to note that the Chalet “Motel” and Chalet “hotel” are not the same place. The owner is very nice and accommodating and I think with some drywall, paint, new carpet, bug spray and heating/air conditioning maintenance I feel like this MOTEL would be a fantastic find. I wish him the best of luck

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for shopping, biking, & hiking. And only 5 minutes from the lake and 10 minutes from downtown.
The outside of the motel could use some cleaning and sprucing up.

Think there was ticks or bedbugs, but I did like the friendly night surrounding at times. Though, I felt a constant group bypassing and eavesdropping.
