Ganz besonders erwähnen möchte ich die außergewöhnlich freundlichen Chefinnen und das außergewöhnlich freundliche Servicepersonal. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet und ganz hervorragendes Menue am Abend, was keine Wünsche offen ließ, dazu der leckere hauseigene Wein.

Das Hotel ist zu Fuss ca. zehn Minuten vom Zentrum Merans entfernt. Es liegt am Fusse eines Weinberges an einer ruhigen Quartierstrasse. Die Zimmer mit Balkon sind gross und gut ausgerüstet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig. Das Abendessen umfasst ein reichhaltiges Salat- und Antipasti-Buffet und ein sehr gutes Menu mit 4-5 Gängen. Der Service ist kompetent, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Schönes und sauberes Hotel mit sehr, sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Hotel liegt ruhig am Rande von Meran direkt am Weinhang. Das Zentrum ist fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Beim Frühstück war für jeden etwas dabei. Das Abendbrot war köstlich und abwechslungsreich. Ein Punkt Abzug gibt es für den sehr kleinen Fitnessraum (nur Cardiogeräte) und die kleine Sauna. Dafür gibt es aber eine tolle Dachterasse, von der man einen tollen Blick hat und sehr gut entspannen kann.

Es war ein sehr schöner unvergesslicher Aufenthalt. Das Hotel hat eine gute Grösse. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist sehr vielseitig und gut. Auch bei der Auswahl beim Morgenbuffet findet sicher jeder Gast seine bevorzugten Speisen. Rundum spürt man eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre welche sicher der Führung der zwei Damen zu verdanken ist. Meine Tochter und ich kommen jedes Jahr. Es ist ein Hotel zum wohlfühlen. Essen ist sehr gut und die Zimmer modern und gemütlich. Hallenbad ist so gross, dass man wirklich schwimmen kann. Wir schätzen auch die Merancard, mit der wir vor allem den Bus benutzen. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Ein Hotel , das nicht nurals stimmig zu bewerten ist, sondern ein Hotel, das zu Recht Bestnoten verdient. Zimmerausstattung, Qualität des Essens und Freundlichkeit des Personals. Besonders auffällig ist der sehr gute Umgangston des Personals, wie auch gleiches zu den Gästen. Herauszuheben als lSchmankerl ist auch die kostenlose Weinprobe.

Io e mia moglie siamo stati ospitati nella Suite Verdi nella torretta. La camera è al 1° piano, luminosissima, spaziosa, arredata con gusto, funzionale e pulita. Ha un ampio balcone con vista sulla piscina. Il bagno è ampio, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. Il cambio della biancheria è stato preciso e puntuale. Alexandra e Patrizia sono sempre presenti e hanno una parola per tutti. I servizi che abbiamo utilizzato sono stati eccellenti: - il box coperto per l'auto - le piscine (sia all'aperto che coperta) - le biciclette con cui ci spostavamo a Merano e dintorni - le gite organizzate dall'Hotel che ci hanno consentito di vedere luoghi con viste stupende - i massaggi rilassanti che ci hanno tonificati dopo le lunghe camminate E che dire dei dopocena, trascorsi nel lussureggiante e curatissimo giardino a sorseggiare una bibita nella tranquillità e pace più assoluta? Semplicemente da sogno! A proposito di cena: io e mia moglie abbiamo scelto la "mezza pensione" e devo dire che oggi, a distanza di 20 giorni dalla vacanza, ci raccontiamo con nostalgia i piatti che abbiamo gustato. Cucina ottima, con buona scelta (tipica locale/internazionale), che abbiamo accompagnato con la degustazione di vini di loro produzione. Colazione di qualità sia italiana che internazionale (dolce/salata).
